Q: How do I know if I’m taking the right vitamins?

A: Vitamin choices come from personal belief. There are a few vitamins that we know have an impact on your well-being, such as Vitamin D3. Everyone should take that one.
If people are complaining of being tired, Vitamin B12 typically gives a boost. Is that a placebo effect or an actual effect? I don’t know. but people regularly report feeling less tired with the addition of B12.
Other than that, most vitamins can be gained out of the food you eat. However, because our nutrition is poor or the food available to us has poor nutritional value, I often suggest a Multi-vitamin because it won’t hurt you and it frequently helps.
